Which floors and units are the best to choose from in condominiums?

For units located on these floors, it would be convenient for people that prefer to do activities, such as exercise (in the fitness center), use co-working spaces, and swim. But those that choose condominiums on the same floor as common areas have to accept that there’s less privacy, as it’s an area that the entire residential building has access to, and there may be noises from people using the facilities or walking past your unit(s). Projects on these floors are usually more expensive, especially the ones closer to the pool. In some projects, the ceilings are higher than usual (around 4-5 meters), because the project developers and designers want to design the central/common areas to have more open space and an airy feel to them.

3.Top floors

This does not mean you have to choose the units on the highest floros possible. Perhaps choose a few floors down, as this reduces the heat coming in from the ceiling/rooftop areas. Sometimes, there may be leakage and water damage from the roof as well, so units adjacent to the deck should be avoided. Let’s discuss the pros of high floors. Higher floors have a great advantage in terms of the view. The residents can admire the atmosphere much better, and it’s much better for investment purposes. It’s ideal, as mobile and network signals are better, and there’s less problems regarding insects and mosquitos compared to other floors that are much lower.

Based on the auspicious numbers, 5,8 and 9 symbolize prosperity, while 13 (or 12A) would be “bad luck”. This makes them extremely well priced and designed in a more special way, which can also run out quickly due to the demand from non-superstitious people.
