When buying a condo in Bangkok you will need a professional agent to help you in all steps, especially when you are buying as a foreigner.
Naam Chanikan was our agent and she was perfect! She helped us every step of the way, starting from finding/viewing interesting condos, negotiation, land office procedure, to the final handing over of the key cards and registration at the in-house juristic office.
Thank you so much! 🙏
