3. Retention
   BR shall maintain Data Subject’s personal data only according to the time frame of occupying the status of a client. BR reserve the right to store Data Subject’s personal data for six months after the end of relationship between BR and Data Subject for the sake of protection and the rights of the company unless the relevant laws require BR to retain personal data for other periods.

4. Disclose and Transfer
   BR shall ensure that Data Subject’s personal data shall not disclose unless to complete these objectives below:
4.1. BR is subject to disclosing or sharing Personal Data with partner, service provider or third parties:
4.1.1. Business partner and business alliance
4.1.2. Agency or business partner who process the data in the name of BR: financial management, Marketing agency, Digital service provider, financial auditor, lawyer, and tax consult.

4.1.4. Financial service partner
in order to fulfill and achieve the purposes contemplated in this Privacy Notice; bydoing so, BR shall create a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with the law;
4.2. BR may disclose or share Personal Data to BR’s affiliates; in this regard, the Processing of Personal Data shall merely be in keeping with the purposes contemplated in this Privacy Notice; and it is required to disclose Personal Data by law or legal procedures or to disclose Personal Data to officers, authorities or authorized organizations in order to comply with lawful order or request.

5. International Transfer
   BR shall not send Data Subject’s personal to outside Thailand.

6. Revoke the consent
   Data Subject has the rights to revoke the consent by contact BR. However, revoking the consent would not impact to collect, process, and disclose activity in the past.
